Biography

Martha L. Hoffman, 87, of Holgate, and formerly of Toledo passed away Sunday morning at the Country View Haven in Napoleon.
Martha was a Life Member of the F.O.E. Toledo Aerie # 197, she was the secretary of R.E.A.C. and a volunteer at the Franciscan Center in Sylvania and the Ronald McDonald House in Toledo.
She is survived by a daughter, Delorus (Ralph) Fifer of Holgate; 3 stepchildren; 8 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, and a special Friend, Ed White.
Martha was preceded in death by her husbands, Andrew Minet in 1984 and Paul Hoffman in 1998, an infant daughter, Christine Minet and a granddaughter, Amanda Fifer.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. in the Snyder Funeral Home, 209 N. Wilhelm St. Holgate, Ohio 419-264-3401. Burial will be in the Ottawa Hills Cemetery in Toledo.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Snyder Funeral Home, Holgate.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society or the Henry County Hospice.
